MeshCentral Agent Installation

To help with troubleshooting your PC, please follow the steps below to install the remote support tool:

1. Download the agent by either:

   • Clicking this link:
     Download Mesh Agent

   • Or opening the attached ZIP file named KamansArtAgent64-On-Boarding.zip.

2. If using the ZIP attachment:

   • Save the ZIP file to your computer (usually to your Downloads folder).

   • Right-click the ZIP file and choose “Extract All”, then follow the prompts.

   • Open the extracted folder and double-click KamansArtAgent64-On-Boarding.exe.

3. If you have Trend Micro, it may show two warning messages:

   • This is expected and safe.

   • Click “Allow” or “Yes” on both prompts.

Once the agent is installed, I’ll be able to connect and assist you remotely.
